The Investiture ceremony for the academic session 2023 -24 was held on 3^rd July  2023  in Delhi Public School, Nadergul,

The phenomenal Investiture ceremony took place with grandeur and dignity on the sprawling ground and it was magnificent. An array of students placed themselves neatly representing various houses and levels in the emerald ground was a feast to eyes.

The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome extended to the esteemed chief guests, beloved Chairman Sir, COO, our respected Principal, Vice Principals, Head Mistresses, teaching faculty, parents, and students. After seeking the blessings of the Almighty, the unity and solidarity of our school were showcased to the captivated audience.

The school flag was unfurled, accompanied by a captivating performance by our school choir, the “Humming Birds,” who mesmerized the audience with a delightful welcome song. Our Vice Principal, Ms.Nagalaxmi gracefully introduced and felicitated the distinguished guests. To add to the enchanting ambiance, our talented students enthralled the gathering with an exquisite dance performance.

Following the rhythmic beat, the newly elected leaders marched with precision and dignity, making their way to the dais.

The newly formed School Council, comprising of exceptional student leaders such as the Head Boy, Head Girl, Captains, and Prefectural Board members, stood before the gathering with a sense of pride and anticipation. With the utmost reverence and respect, they were presented with their badges and sashes, symbols of their entrusted authority and responsibility, by the esteemed dignitaries gracing the stage.

As each badge and sash was bestowed upon the deserving recipients, it served as a testament to their capabilities, dedication, and potential to lead by example.

The audience, recognizing the potential within these young individuals, applauded wholeheartedly, acknowledging the weight of responsibility that comes with their new positions.

Our esteemed Chief Guest, Balram Naik IRS, administered the oath to the members of the Student Council, who solemnly pledged to serve the school and the community with utmost sincerity and to the best of their abilities. This oath reflected their commitment to uphold their responsibilities with dedication and integrity

Amidst the festivities, a highlight of the ceremony was the Spectacular Taekwondo Performance, which left everyone spellbound. The skilled martial artists showcased their discipline, agility, and strength through a series of impressive movements, captivating the audience.

 Our Chairman Komaraiah, took the stage to deliver an empowering speech. With words that resonated with wisdom and guidance, the Chairman commended the newly appointed student council members on their achievement and encouraged them to lead with vision, empathy, and resilience.

The Chairman’s speech left a profound impact, inspiring not only the student leaders but also the entire audience, reinforcing the values and ideals that our school upholds

The esteemed chief guest,  Balram Naik IRS , delivered an inspiring speech that inspired the audience. She highlighted the significance of leadership, character development, and the role of education in shaping future leaders.

Students of grade 7 gave a scintillating dance performance.

Another distinguished chief guest, Colonel Anil Kumar, graced the occasion with their enlightening speech. He emphasized the need for adaptability and creativity in today’s rapidly changing world, urging the student council members to embrace challenges and strive for excellence.

The Head Boy, Darshan, delivered a heartfelt speech that reflected his gratitude and commitment to the school. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and collaboration, acknowledging the support and guidance of the school faculty and fellow students.  He also shared his vision for the school, outlining his plans to foster a positive learning environment and encourage initiatives that benefit the student community as a whole.

In a gracious manner, the Head Girl, Avanika, delivered the vote of thanks, expressing heartfelt appreciation to all the dignitaries, guests, for their valuable presence and inspiring speeches.  She acknowledged the unwavering support of the school management, teachers, and parents in nurturing the potential of the student council members. She also expressed gratitude to the school choir, dancers, and the taekwondo team for their exceptional performances that added charm and excitement to the event. The Head Girl concluded by encouraging her fellow student council members to embrace their roles with dedication and passion, assuring them of her unwavering support.

Overall, the Investiture Ceremony was a remarkable event that celebrated the spirit of leadership and emphasized the importance of service and excellence. It served as an inspiring platform for our young leaders to embark on their journey and make a positive impact on the school and society at large.
