Chef Vikas Khanna
With MasterChef India coming on Sony, I am excited to see what all has been cooking in the
kitchens of Indian homes and what food stories the chefs have. Over the past 11 years, I have
witnessed so much amazing changes in our kitchens. We as a country have diverse cuisines and
MasterChef India gets all those flavors under one roof while celebrating and encouraging the
local chefs. It’s a great learning experience for me as there is so much to learn about our local
cuisines and recipes. I am very keen to discover it all through auditions and the show launch.
Chef Ranveer Brar
