Hyderabad  January, 2022: Amazon Pay announced an association with Telangana Southern State Power Distribution Company Limited (TSSPDCL) to simplify electricity bill payments for TSSPDCL customers. Through this association, TSSPDCL customers can now pay their electricity bills on Amazon using Amazon Pay without any convenience fee and experience secure and seamless transactions without the hassle to stand in billing queues. Moreover, they can earn cashbacks on their first bill payment and exciting rewards on their future bill payments.

To pay their electricity bills, TSSPDCL customers can go to their trusted Amazon app and follow the below steps: –

1.      Click on the Amazon Pay or Pay Bills tab on the home page

2.      Click on the Electricity icon to land on electricity bill payment page

3.      Select “Telangana” as the state and TSSPDCL as Electricity board

4.      Enter USC number

5.      Customers need to click on the box below USC number to be reminded when their bill is due.

6.      Click on fetch bill to know their exact bill amount

After filling the necessary details, customers can choose their preferred payment mode such as UPI, Amazon Pay Later, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Amazon Pay Balance, or Net-banking to instantly complete the transaction. Customers will get notified on the success of the payment as well as the rewards they have unlocked. Moreover, they do not need to remember their customer ID and other details for subsequent transactions.
