సుఖ్‌బీర్ నేపథ్యం :హోటల్‌లను నిర్వహించడంలో, ఆదాయాన్ని పెంచుకోవడంలో ,అతిథి సంతృప్తిని మెరుగుపరచడంలో బలమైన ట్రాక్ రికార్డ్‌ ఉంది. ఆయన అకార్ గ్రూప్, ఐటీసీ హోటల్స్, ఒబెరాయ్ హోటల్స్ అండ్ రిసార్ట్స్ తోపాటు ప్రముఖ హోటళ్లలో వివిధ హోదాల్లో పనిచేశారు. సుఖ్‌బీర్‌కు హాస్పిటాలిటీ ఇండస్ట్రీపై లోతైన అవగాహన ఉంది.

జనరల్ మేనేజర్‌గా సుఖ్బీర్ హోటల్ కార్యకలాపాలేకాకుండా అన్ని అంశాలను పర్యవేక్షించే బాధ్యతలు నిర్వర్తించనున్నారు. అతిథి సంతృప్తిని నిర్ధారించడం నుంచి హోటల్ ఆర్థిక నిర్వహణ వరకు. ఆయన ప్రతిభావంతులైన నిపుణుల బృందానికి కూడా నాయకత్వం వహిస్తారు. హోటల్ ను అభివృద్ధి చేయడానికి అందరితో కలిసి పని చేయనున్నారు.

ఈ స్థానానికి ముందు, సుఖ్బీర్ నోవాటెల్ హైదరాబాద్ ఎయిర్ పోర్టులో 2011 నుంచి 2013 వరకు సేల్స్ అండ్ మార్కెటింగ్ డైరెక్టర్‌గా పనిచేశారు. ఆ తర్వాత 2013 నుంచి 2014 వరకు ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ అసిస్టెంట్ మేనేజర్‌గా పనిచేశారు. తన కెరీర్ పరంగా సవాలు వాతావరణంలో రాణించాడు. హోటళ్లను ప్రారంభించడం, పునఃస్థాపన చేయడం, ఉద్యోగులు, అతిథి సంతృప్తి స్కోర్‌లను సాధించడం వంటి నిరూపితమైన ట్రాక్ రికార్డ్‌ను కలిగి ఉన్నారు.

Sukhbir’s background includes a strong track record in managing hotels, maximizing revenue and improving guest satisfaction. He has worked with several renowned hotels within the Accor Group, ITC Hotels, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and more. Sukhbir has a deep understanding of the industry and has a passion for hospitality with his commitment to providing guests with exceptional experiences.

As General Manager, Sukhbir will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, from ensuring guest satisfaction to managing the hotel’s finances. He will also lead a team of talented professionals, working together to drive the success of the hotel.

Prior to this position, Sukhbir has worked at Novotel Hyderabad Airport as the Director of Sales and Marketing from 2011 to 2013, and then as the Executive Assistant Manager from 2013 to 2014. Through the trajectory of his career, he has excelled in challenging environments and has a proven track record of launching and repositioning hotels, improving employee engagement, and achieving high guest satisfaction scores. Sukhbir is a graduate of the GM Pass Asia Pacific program and has received immense recognition for his work in the industry.

Heirloom Recipes of Hyderabadi Cuisine at Novotel Hyderabad Airport

Novotel Hyderabad Airport brings to you a food showcase of Recipes of Hyderabadi Cuisine. The showcase, in association with LUQMA, a catering service lovingly put together by the women of SAFA, a social enterprise for the empowerment of women and young girls. SAFA empowers women from all walks of life such as victims of gender discrimination from urban slums trying to make a dignified living. SAFA is on a mission to change the fate of the next generation of girls from their community.

From September 23^rd to 2^nd October, two Home Chefs from LUQMA will put forth a food promotion at Novotel Hyderabad Airport’s newly revamped restaurant, Food Exchange. Following the theme of fast-losing Recipes of Hyderabad, the presentation will include dishes such as Mutton Tahari, Talawa Gosh, Khatti Daal, Kaddu ka dalcha, Chicken Shami Kebab amongst many others. The women of LUQMA will also have their own homemade products available for sale, such as their Biryani Masala, Chai Masala, Khatta Masala, Sukhey Kebab, Potli Masala, etc.

The hotel has also collaborated with CEIA, one of the foremost digital food & hospitality magazines in the country, with endeavour to bring attention to the people who deserve it most. The platform is dedicated to enlightening its readers about food trends around the world and shining a light on the hard-working and creative people behind the scenes in the food and hospitality industry.
