Kapil Sharma teases Jatin Goswami about his ‘Gulmohar’ to ‘Garmi’ career transition on The Kapil Sharma Show
Telugu super news,Hyderabad,April 27th,2023:Tigmanshu Dhulia’s youth political drama, Garmi, premiered exclusively on Sony LIV on April 21. To promote the show, the celebrated filmmaker, along with Garmi’s cast – Vyom Yadav, Jatin Goswami, and Anushka Kaushik, will be appearing on The Kapil Sharma Show this weekend. They were also accompanied by Jimmy Shergill, Brijendra Kala, Varun Badola, and Hrishitaa Bhatt who celebrate 20 years of Tigmanshu’s critically acclaimed film Haasil.
During a fun-filled interaction, Kapil Sharma teased Jatin Goswami about his “promotion” from playing a security guard in the film Gulmohar to Deputy Superintendent in Garmi within a month. To this, Jatin responded with a witty remark, joking that he was entrusted with the responsibility of “guarding” in both projects. However, he further highlighted that the audience would get to see him in two contrasting roles in a short span.
Garmi is created and directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia and produced by Swaroop Sampat and Hemal Ashok Thakkar. The Sony LIV original boasts a talented cast, including Mukesh Tiwari, Vineet Kumar, Pankaj Saraswat, Jatin Goswami, Vyom Yadav, Puneet Singh, Anurag Thakur, Anushka Kaushik, Disha Thakur, and Dheerendra Gautam in pivotal roles. Garmi is the story of Arvind Shukla, a young man who moves out of his hometown with aspirations to become a civil servant. He stumbles into the world of college politics, powerplay and crime.
