తెలుగు సూపర్ న్యూస్,హైదరాబాద్, జూన్ 14, 2023:ఫెడరేషన్ ఆఫ్ తెలంగాణ ఛాంబర్స్ ఆఫ్ కామర్స్ అండ్ ఇండస్ట్రీ (FTCCI), 106 ఏళ్ల ట్రేడ్, కామర్స్,ఇండస్ట్రీ బాడీ , 41 ఏళ్ల క్వాలిటీ సర్కిల్ ఫోరమ్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా మంగళవారం అర్థరాత్రి ఒక అవగాహనా ఒప్పందాన్ని (MOU) కుదుర్చుకున్నాయి. రెడ్‌హిల్స్‌లోని ఫెడరేషన్ హౌస్‌లో ఈ కార్యక్రమం జరిగింది.
రెండు సంస్థలు, తమ తమ రంగాల్లో సహకారాన్ని పెంపొందించడానికి, నాణ్యతను, సమర్థతను , శ్రేష్ఠతను పెంచుకోవడానికి కలిసి వచ్చాయి.
ఎఫ్‌టిసిసిఐ తరపున ఎఫ్‌టిసిసిఐ ప్రెసిడెంట్ అనిల్ అగర్వాల్, క్యూసిఎఫ్‌ఐ తరపున డైరెక్టర్ బొడ్డపాటి శ్రీనివాస్, సీనియర్ వైస్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ మీలా జయదేవ్, వైస్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ సురేష్ కుమార్ సింఘాల్ సమక్షంలో పత్రాలపై సంతకాలు చేసి మార్చుకున్నారు.

తెలుగు సూపర్ న్యూస్, హైదరాబాద్,మే 24,2023: 106 సంవత్సరాల చరిత్ర గల తెలంగాణా ఛాంబర్స్ ఆఫ్ కామర్స్ అండ్ ఇండస్ట్రీ (FTCCI), భారతదేశపు అత్యంత డైనమిక్ ప్రాంతీయ ఛాంబర్‌లలో ఒకటి, ఈ రోజు హైదరాబాద్ రెడ్ హిల్‌లోని ఫెడరేషన్ కార్యాలయంలో దాని వాటాదారుల సమావేశాన్ని నిర్వహించింది.
అవార్డులను స్థాపించిన/స్పాన్సర్ చేసిన కంపెనీలు,వ్యక్తులు, గత అధ్యక్షులు,ఇతర వాటాదారులు సమావేశానికి హాజరయ్యారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా అనిల్ అగర్వాల్ మాట్లాడుతూ 1974లో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన అవార్డులను గత 49 ఏళ్లుగా (మహమ్మారి కాలంలో మినహా) నిరంతరాయంగా అందిస్తున్నామన్నారు. ఈ అవార్డులు వ్యవస్థాపక స్ఫూర్తిని పెంపొందిస్తాయని అన్నారు.

ఆదాయపు పన్ను విషయానికి వస్తే తెలంగాణ, AP ఒకే రీజియన్ క్రింద ఉన్నాయి. ముంబై, బెంగళూరు, ఢిల్లీ, చెన్నై, పూణే. తర్వాత భారతదేశంలో 6వ స్థానంలో హైద్రాబాద్ ఉంది. పన్ను వసూళ్లలో మేము అర్థం చేసుకున్నట్లుగా TDS (మూలం వద్ద పన్ను వసూలు చేయడం) అనేది వివిధ వాటాదారులతో కూడిన కార్యాచరణ. మూలం వద్ద పన్ను వసూలు చేసేవారు (డిడక్టర్లు) చాలా ముఖ్యమైన విభాగం. ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ వృద్ధి చెందుతున్నందున, ఆర్థిక కార్యకలాపాలు కూడా సంక్లిష్టంగా మారుతున్నాయి. “మేము ముందస్తుగా పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారుల ఫిర్యాదులను పరిష్కరిస్తున్నాము. గతేడాది వచ్చిన 850 ఫిర్యాదులలో 95% ఫిర్యాదులు 30 రోజుల్లో పరిష్కరించబడ్డాయి. తగినంత డేటా లేనందున మిగిలిన 5% ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కరించబడలేదు. మేము స్వీకరించిన ఫిర్యాదులలో 70 నుండి 80% తగ్గింపుదారులు(డిడక్టర్లు) పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారుల వివాదాలు” అని K. మేఘనాథ్ చౌహాన్, ఆదాయపు పన్ను కమిషనర్- TDS, హైద్రాబాద్ మంగళవారం మధ్యాహ్నం వెబ్‌నార్‌లో ప్రసంగిస్తూ తెలిపారు

TDSలో వాటాదారులు డిడక్టర్, డిడక్టీ (చెల్లించే వ్యక్తి)/పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారు), బ్యాంకులు/ఆర్థిక సంస్థలు, IT విభాగం, ఇతరులు. ఆ అధికారి TDS కొన్ని ముఖ్యమైన నిబంధనలైన సెక్షన్ 192– జీతం, అద్దె, ఒప్పందాలు, వడ్డీ, వృత్తిపరమైన లేదా సాంకేతిక సేవలకు TDS, e-TDS దాఖలు చేయడానికి గడువు తేదీలు, ఆలస్యంగా లేదా దాఖలు చేయని పరిణామాలు మొదలైన వాటిపై కొన్ని ముఖ్యమైన నిబంధనలను హైలైట్ చేసి వివరించారు .
FTCCI ప్రెసిడెంట్ Mr అనిల్ అగర్వాల్ తన స్వాగత ప్రసంగం చేస్తూ, ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం- 2022-23లో ప్రత్యక్ష పన్నుల వసూళ్లలో 20.33% వృద్ధిని నమోదు చేసినందుకు డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్‌ను అభినందించారు. పన్ను చట్టాలను పాటించడం అనేది పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారు పన్ను కలెక్టర్ భాగస్వామ్య బాధ్యత. ఏది ఏమైనప్పటికీ, పన్ను చట్టాలను మదింపుదారులు క్రమపద్ధతిలో స్వచ్ఛందంగా పాటించగలిగితేనే పన్ను వ్యవస్థ ప్రభావవంతంగా ఉంటుంది. పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారులకు అవగాహన కల్పించడంలో పరస్పర చర్చలు సాధారణ సమావేశాలతో పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో ఫిర్యాదులను పరిష్కరించుకోవచ్చని తరచుగా గమనించవచ్చు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో, పరస్పర ప్రయోజనం కోసం ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కార కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ఎఫ్‌టిసిసిఐ శాఖను అభ్యర్థించింది.
ఎఫ్‌టిసిసిఐ డైరెక్ట్ ట్యాక్స్ కమిటీ చైర్ హరి గోవింద్ ప్రసాద్ వెబ్‌నార్‌కు ప్రారంభానికి ముందు ప్రసంగిస్తూ TDS అనేది సాధారణంగా వివిధ ఆదాయం/రసీదులు/చెల్లింపులు/లావాదేవీల కింద డిడక్టర్ డిడక్టీల మధ్య స్వచ్ఛంద సమ్మతి అని అతను తన పరిచయ వ్యాఖ్యలలో చెప్పాడు. మూలం వద్ద మినహాయించబడిన పన్ను ఆదాయ రిటర్న్‌ను దాఖలు చేసే సమయంలో పన్ను చెల్లింపుగా సజావుగా అందుబాటులో ఉండాలి. కానీ తప్పుడు PAN/అసెస్‌మెంట్ సంవత్సరం/సెక్షన్లు/మొత్తాన్ని పేర్కొనడం వంటి అనేక లోపాల కారణంగా, అటువంటి TDS క్రెడిట్ అసెస్సీకి అందుబాటులో ఉండదు. పైన పేర్కొన్న పరిస్థితి కారణంగా డిడక్టర్ తప్పు కారణంగా పన్ను, పెనాల్టీ, వడ్డీ ఇతర సంవత్సరాల బకాయి వాపసుల నుండి రికవరీ/సర్దుబాటుల రెట్టింపు చెల్లింపు జరుగుతుంది. వారి క్లెయిమ్‌లకు మద్దతు ఇచ్చే పత్రాలు లేదా సాక్ష్యాల సమర్పణపై భౌతిక పరస్పర చర్య ప్రాతినిధ్యం ద్వారా వారి పన్ను క్రెడిట్‌లను పొందడానికి అసెస్సీకి అవకాశం ఇవ్వాలని మేము డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్‌ని అభ్యర్థించాము, అని ఆయన చెప్పారు.

Telugu super news,Hyderabad, April 22, 2023:The Governor of Telangana, Her Excellency Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan, inaugurated a two-day Summit on Health Insurance Vision 2030 Quality & Affordable Health For All at the Federation House in Red Hills on Friday. It is being organised by the Health Committee of The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI).
It is the first national summit involving all the stakeholders with a focus on “Patient First”.
The Objective of the summit is to develop innovative patient-centric health insurance schemes and products to improve accessibility, to assure affordable and cost-effective insurance products; to build awareness of existing health insurance schemes like Aarogyasri, ESIC, PMJAY and other private insurance products to cover the 40 cores missing middle class; to further increase the health insurance penetration in Telangana to achieve UHC(Universal health coverage) on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode; to understand and find solutions to overcome the challenges in the health insurance sector and the existing Patient Complaint Redressal System
Welcoming the gathering, Anil Agarwal, President of FTCCI said we at the Chamber realised during the pandemic the importance of “Health for all”. FTCCI with like-minded partners like ASCI (Administrative Staff College of India), AIG(Asian Institute of Gastroenterology), LV Prasad Eye Institute, Indian Medical Association, Telangana and many more taken initiatives to address gaps in health care delivery by the creation of a document on Vision 2030—Quality and Affordable Health for all in Telangana.
Addressing the 300-plus audience immediately after the inauguration, Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan said that she attended a program before coming to FTCCI where some super kids have shown extraordinary skills by participating in javelin throw, shotput etc. The irony here is even in the most advanced society like ours we still see kids taking birth with deformities. We have Bima Bharosa in place which provides a gateway for policyholders to register complaints with insurance companies first and if need be escalate them to the IRDA Grievance Cells. We also have an Ombudsman (grievances redressal mechanism, where an official is appointed to investigate individuals’ complaints against a company or organization, especially a public authority) mechanism in place. We have a 30-day grievances redressal mechanism, the top official of the IRDA said.
Prevention is better than cure. We encourage insurers to offer discounts, and incentives to increase the penetration of insurance in India. In India 21 crore people are covered under insurance other than government schemes and 69% under government schemes, she said.

Several industry experts, who assembled at Federation House for live viewing of the budget presentation, gave their reaction after the budget presentation was over by the Minister.
FTCCI: The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry organized the live telecast as well as industry reaction to the budget.
It is a futuristic budget with a year full of promises is how Anil Agarwal, President of FTCCI reacted. Sharing his reactions, Anil Agarwal said, it is a growth oriented budget covering all sectors. The seven priorities: Inclusive growth, reaching the last mile, infrastructure development and investment, Unleashing the potential, Youth Power Financial Sector and Green Growth ensure development of all sectors. Tribal development, their housing, Ekalavaya Model schools, fillip to infrastructure development, reviving of 50 airports, helipads, the emphasis on rural development, much need help to MSMEs, thrust on Tourism, Skill Centers, raise of income tax limit to 7 lakhs all good offer good to all including the industry, he said.
Srinivas Garimella, Chair of Industrial Development Committee of FTCI termed it as ‘a very good budget. It is also a well balanced budget’. He appreciated big ticket allocation for the infrastructure development and increase of spending on this sector. The Capex outlay increased by 33% to Rs 10 lakh crore for Financial Year 2024. He gave a big thumbs up to the Union Minister for her well balanced budget which allocated enough funds for every sector. The reduced compliance budget is good for the industry. He thanked the Minister for continuing assistance to MSMEs. He also thanked for infusing Rs 9000 crore into the corpus, reducing the cost of credit. Contract failure protection and returning 95% of the forfeited amount all augur good for the growth of the industry. He gave 7 out 10 to the budget.
It is an all-favorable budget said Sudhir VS, Chairman of GST and Customs Committee of FTCCI. The budget has come to the rescue of several middle class people. The budget focused on Skilling and education which are the need of the hour. The focus on green energy is welcome. It will pave a way for developing alternative and environmentally friendly fuels. It reduces the import budget and saves the much required forex for the nation. Setting up Centers of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence is a right step in a positive direction, he said.
Prem Chand Kankaria, Chairman of Banking, Finance & Insurance Committee of FTCCI said for growth two things are very important. Keeping his reactions limited to banking he said, the two key factors are CAPEX and disposal income in the hands of people to spend more. This will trigger well and will have a ripple effect on the economy. The benefits offered to senior citizens, making PAN the single source of identification, reducing compliance burden and adjusting it with just one form, Vivad se Vishwas initiatives go a long way in making this budget a people friendly budget.
Hari Govind Prasad, Chairman of Direct Taxes Committee, FTCCI said overall the budget is very good. There is no end to ‘yeh dil mange more’. But, this is a very good budget which offers something to every sector. I am pleased to share that the Finance Minister was kind enough to accept some of FTCCI’s recommendations particularly about some relaxations to salaried and pensioned class. The appointment of 100 Joint Commissioners for appeals for tax related disputes is a welcoming one. Leave encashment, KYC process simplification, raising TDS limit, raising personal income tax exemption to 7 lakhs are positive issues of the budget, he observed. Changes made in tax provisions allowing the public to have surplus funds will ensure positive economic growth as their spending capacity will get a boost.
VS Raju, Past President of the FTCCI said this budget puts the Indian Economy in a stronger place. India’s growth at 7 per cent in current fiscal is the highest among major economies. It may be a full budget before the elections, but it is the budget that is planned to do a lot more good to strengthen our economy, he added. Another past president Lakshmi Nivas said the 50 year interest free loan to states for capex has now been increased to Rs 1.3 lakh crore, 30% more than what was allocated for the previous year. The government has outlined their priorities very well. Though there is a scope for improvement, still this budget is a very good one, he concluded.
