Amazon India opens the Metaworld experience for its customers in Hyderabad
Amazon India today announced the opening ‘The Amazon Metaworld’ experience for its customers in Hyderabad as part of India’s biggest online celebration – The Great Indian Festival (GIF). Amazon GIF 2022, started on September 23, brings a host of attractive deals on the widest selection of products from leading brands across categories including smartphones, appliances, TVs, consumer electronics, fashion & beauty, Amazon Devices, home & kitchen, groceries, and more. Here are some of the trends that have been observed across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions as per the initial days of GIF ‘22:
· Ahead of the festive season, customers have been shopping for Mobile Phones Laptops, Tablets and Wearables, Truly Wireless earphones, wired and wireless speakers, bluetooth speakers and soundbars on Amazon.in.
· Customers shopped from brands such as Redmi, Samsung, OnePlus, realme and iQOO. Mid-segment smartphones (10-20k) were preferred by smartphone buyers
· 5G smartphones saw a strong uptake alongside customers showing a preference for mid-tier to premium smartphones
· As work from home and schooling from home have become a way of life for many around the country, customers have also been shopping for Laptops among brands such as HP, Lenovo, ASUS and Dell
· Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Karim Nagar, Warangal and Nalgonda are the top cities observed in terms of most purchases made in Telangana
